Who We Are

Lorraine Goodhand

Lorraine is an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (CIPD).

After graduating from Bradford University with a 2:1 in Business Studies, she began her career with Marks and Spencer and Bhs before moving to Help the Aged as Learning and Development Manager. Her subsequent consultancy career has provided her with diverse experience across the Private, Public and Voluntary sectors.

Lorraine is particularly interested in leadership and management and helping people to create great customer experiences.
